Tunneling

To decrease interruptions inside your home, we can tunnel underneath your home to ensure everything is as good as new.

Tunneling

Atlas offers a wide array of services for homeowners, not just foundation repair. From our experience, when dealing with foundation issues, often homeowners are experiencing plumbing issues as well.

To better serve our customers, Atlas Foundation offers tunneling services to those homeowners who need them. If you have ever dealt with plumbing issues, then you know they can be evasive and messy. Often homeowners don’t want the middle of their bathroom floor jack-hammered out to gain access to fix a plumbing leak below the slab. This is where our team of expert foundation contractors comes in.

We will tunnel from the outside of your home to wherever the leak is located, for the plumber to gain access for the repair. This includes a 3 foot by 3-foot access hole with a 3 foot by 3-foot tunnel, or bigger if needed. The dirt will be stacked in the yard during the process. Once the digging is complete, the plumber can come in and complete their repairs. When the plumber gets done, Atlas will return to backfill the tunnel and access hole and haul off excess dirt.
