A licensed plumber performs all plumbing tests, which are conducted on the water and sewer lines under the foundation. The water supply is pressure tested and hydrostatic tests are conducted on the sewer lines. A clean out must be located and one toilet removed for this test.

At each piling location, we will hand dig a hole that is approximately two feet square. Any plants, which may be in the way, are relocated.
