Permits and Engineering

Paperwork can seem daunting, but we take care of everything from start to finish.

Foundation Permits and Engineering

Many cities in the DFW area now require a permit for foundation repairs. In order to pull a permit, most cities require a Structural Engineer report be done before and after repairs along with an inspection at some point during or after the process. We are very familiar with the permit process and handle it from beginning to end to guarantee it is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We always make sure our customers are aware of their city requirements up front. If you have questions regarding your cities specific requirements, please feel free to contact our office.

Engineers

If you are planning on buying or selling your home in the next year we highly recommend having a licensed Structural Engineer come out and write up a report both before and after your repairs. Many FHA loans will require this when having foundation repairs done. Please feel free to contact our office for a recommendation of several independent, local Structural Engineers that we work with frequently.
